I am current move from one GE Business to a new business, it is very different and better than before. I am glad to work at GE since I joined and always be part of my dream work here and develop my career also. I have learned a lot and develop skills here, with all different people and leaders

I am passionate about the company and hopeful to achieve the SPB position this year. Though I sometimes feel sad for not yet reaching it, my leader's support keeps me motivated. To improve T&L issues, more resources are needed for better performance.
