Through 26 years, I have had many good challenges and opportunities. Now it seems the business is constantly restructuring to the reducing / shifting market.

27 years worked in a variety of roles through a number of transitions mergers / company name changes. Last 8 years doing in effect the same job but had 6 managers all expecting something different. Just waiting for the next restructuring to understand what is next

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Finalise the Steam Power business separation so conflicts between service pace and nuclear quality expectation can be appropriately focused on.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As the power generation market significant changes, STEAM Power is trying to jump at every business opportunity at extremes in the spectrum. The business needs to focus on one or the other not both.
