My tenure here has been challenging and rewarding, I am a People Leader and therefore I feel informed and rewarded fairly as to my salary, however we are not often able to hire as strong as talent as we need due to lower salaries, and almost insignificant bonus structures of individual contributors.

More often than not, the salaries are in line with market for myself and my team. Our bonus plans are dismal, especially for Individual Contributors - it is an embarrassment to offer such a low bonus after such revenue profitable years.

My salary is in line with role. However, the bonus % is considerably lower than the mkt and at our competitors. It is only because of my level that my bonus is somewhat closer (should be min. 15% of salary to be in line w/ market). Bonus' are embarrassingly low for my employees. Not in line w/mkt!

The flexibility to work from home, I tend to get a lot of heads down work done at home, and when I need to collaborate or connect with others, I come to the office a couple of days a week or more. Leadership recognizing that we can be productive and that they trust us WFH is the reason why I stay.
