In general, technology employees are underpaid at this company. Salaries are not even keeping up with inflation. By staying here, we are making the decision to essentially take a pay cut.

What would make me feel better? How about more of it? Employees regularly receive a 2.5% raise, which is laughable in the face of 8% to 10% inflation. This morning, i paid $6 for a gallon of gasoline to get to work. Yet, I am sure that the executives are handsomely compensated.
