A manager that shares my vision for growth for the company...in terms of new revenue sources. An environment that does not feel like everything is focused quarterly...whether its for the prospect/customers good or not.

My direct manager has an open communications style and thinks outside the box for potential revenue sources. However, this sentiment does not seem to be shared by managers at other companies within RELX nor imho by upper management. Too much siloing in the company.

I wanted to work here, and took a 15k a year cut in my base salary to do so. My previous company as well as others in my industry pay 120k annual salary for senior sales executives such as me. As well, have run into 'directors' at Lexis who are really just account managers making 150k+ base.
