The fact that LN has folks all over the world is awesome. Being on conference calls and training sessions with folks you don't know makes it fun. Gives us the ability to create new friendships and partnerships.

For me personally the fact that I can speak to my manager about anything work related and or job related is great. He also manages the way one would want to be managed and that is family always comes first! Very flexible and very honest.
