The company protects executives but doesn't do much for other employees. They do not see the value for all employees, only if you have a certain title. When you do reach out and show being unpaid, manager & HR push back & no comp is given but they will hire outside & pay more than you make.

Bonuses are not the same throughout company. They will bring in new employees with no knowledge of systems, processes and procedures but won't give sufficient raises for employees already here. When I bring up this fact with my manager, I always get the same story every year (10+ years!!!).
