Because whatever your performances, your annual pay raise is far too low to compensate all the efforts made during the year, because we know that teams are overloaded and have difficulties to get budget for hiring.

I work hard all year long to do more than expected but at the end the pay raise for such hard work is low. I'd feel better if we invest more in some areas like Support or have time to take advantage of training/webinars available (Women's Network, Diversity & Inclusion, Living Well, etc.)
