We're all human under this umbrella and it shows but the transparency that allows us to connect make it all worth it

The Wellness time is extremely helpful, as well as the LOA time for employees that need to take off due to disability. I also greatly value the 401K in these unpredictable times of the economy.

My team is collaborative, dedicated, and forever looking within a lens of growth. There feels to be no hierarchy, even with the levels of experience between peers. It is truly a co-working space in my team. Everyone is dedicated to the Purpose of Nightingale even if there is disagreement ever.

My Director invests in all of me as opposed to just me as an employee. They encourage me to find alignment with Nightingale's Impact, Purpose, and Pathway outside of a work context, which has helped me heal in different ways outside of my 9-5.
