It's been overall very good. I have learned more since I started than I did in my previous companies and felt challenged in a genuine way. Challenge does not = stress. There have been lovely unique experiences, and then some "typical" kinds of experiences. I've enjoyed it so far.

Though I felt like I was definitely being interviewed, I felt like the process was setup to find a good solution for both me and the company. It wasn't a grilling for the sake of it - the team was legitimately seeking the best person for my role.
