We have excellent affinity groups, or "Q-Groups". I recently joined a WLD (Womxn's Leadership Development) discussion group with other members across different departments. It was a safe space to dialogue about issues that wxmen face in the workplace and how allies can support us better.

The teams are all-in at Qualtrics. We lean in and support each other when needed. We are very collaborative and it is not a work from home environment. We are also given a lot of autonomy over our positions and can make impactful decisions no matter what level we are.
