Chili's: I know for a fact that the Eagle Pass location has to be losing revenue. It is not covid or short staff at this location. I don't know if you have cameras inside the location, but it would behoove you to install some. The level of Hussle or care for customer is simply not acceptable.

There aren't enough hours in the day for you to work enough for that money. What on earth do you do with it all?

Williams-Sonoma: Part time... hours posted weekly and unpredictable. Employee squabbles not addressed, alot of tiptoeing around people who comolain loudly and contribute little but complaints. The discount is great, but the rest... needs work. Inventory is a mishmash, clients forced to pay shipping charges
Dairy Queen: Lack of vision and direction, coaching and leadership, collaboration is missing, and many silos. No DEI, very little EQ, and one is expected to wear 5-8 hats in one role so there is high burn-out that no amount of money tossed your way can repair not to mention it is a culture of what you did wrong.
Dennys: Horrible, the managers did nothinv but put the employees down. The manager called me "sick in the head" and the general manger did nothing about it when i told her

The Home Depot: On April 18th I placed an order for curbside pick up of 5 items for a painting project at home. I checked that all the items where in stock. I placed my order and the invoice stated my order would be delivered on the 25th a week later one item could be picked in store and the rest would be shipped.

Their pay scale and ideology is work to go homeless while the CEO and other executives get free company housing and 100k Yukon's. Lol

KFC: To have the same quality in every restaurant. Some restaurants in Bucharest tend to serve the worst meat, and that didn't happen once but 5 times in different restaurants so far, the money I also spend on KFC is not what it used to be.. I have to pay lots of money to barely get a few pieces of chikn
Kohl's: Work with amazing people and the management is great, but sometimes it feels like we are understaffed for the amount of customers we have.
Merck: Everything literally every single thing I wish they were nicer to me

The Home Depot: Corporate talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk or follow through with their promises. Lots of SOP's are in direct conflict with the core company values you learn about on day one. Bad scheduling and poor management is common at my store. PTO allotment is way below the national average. Pay good.

Apple: Well crafted product- lasts a long time, and the graphics component is excellent for what I use my Mac and Macbook for. I also enjoy the ease in which all my apple products communicate with each other.
Kaiser Permanente: Kaiser doesn't support growth within company and overworks employees. Last three years, fewer raises for nonunion staff while asked to stay longer without any incentives. Raises less than 2% and no pay transparency. Sometimes I wonder if I paid fairly or not. Kaiser is not the company as before.
BJ's Wholesale Club: Horrible. Im treated differently and there is so much disrespect towards me from a few of rhe supervisors. Ecen the manager, Charlyne, treats everyone there with kindness and respect but I feel towards me there is nothung but glares and attitude. I do the job fast and efficiently just like anybody
