I have been promoted and move to a different location two weeks ago hence I would not be able to specify them however the team seems to be mature with faire knowledge of their respective functions.

As I represent the TA-our core responsibility is to hire people- When we recruit hires and post getting selected when they thank us with satisfaction & smile on their face which brings immense happiness to me & my team moreover being around my team keeps me lively, happy, energetic & motivated.

My 8 subordinates are excellent. I am a proud mentor who's each of the subordinates are performers, while rating may I rate them as bottom or top performer however none of them are under performer. Quality of the team is- we all believe in "Unity is the strength" and work equally towards the goal.

It's been approx. 3 months that I have moved to a different site in new role as a site head HR. Its early for me to comment about my team however I am trying to synchronize with all of them and create a collaborative approach for fruitful outcome. My old team members were absolutely wonderful.
