Experience starting in a great way. During the pandemic expecially Tenable has made great progression, economically and culturally. 2023 has seen a huge horrible change in negative. Really it's not the same company anymore.

I work really well with my team. Rest of the departments are a bit detouched. Most of the people in my region has a finger pointing attitude. I think we should work on collaborating and helping each other instead of being antagonists.

¿Qué es lo más positivo de la cultura y el ambiente de tu empresa?
Culture used to be really progressive, flexible, enthisaiastic, at least the global feeling was this. It's not like this anymore. My region has never had a nice culture since I joined. There are a few team which collaborate etc, but the rest of them are very old school and closed minded.

Since my manager has left, I am helping out the whole team. Anyone above me has mentioned the possibility to let me apply for the senior role (while I am clearly showing I could do that). I read this as a lack of trust. Also, there hasn't been any economical recognition for me doing double of work.
