UPS is considered a stable organization from a long time. With recent leadership from outside UPS, the shift has been to show the organization in a "cool light" and "focused on the right things" while the reality is that customers and employees are both feeling disfranchised.

Leadership is out of touch with what made UPS great prior to their arrival. Start reemphasizing customer service and keeping your labor force happy and forward looking to the future.

Customer service seems to have gone down. We used to. Pride ourselves on being standalone different from the other delivery companies. Now we just seem to be on the same level as all the rest.
