Appears that John Benson, CEO, really does care about the employees and wants to hear of any mistreatment. Also, he wants to provide them with good benefits to make sure they are taken care of.

That's tough, we rarely do "team" things. My whole time here it has felt like more of a group of people all doing roughly the same job rather than a team working toward a common goal. You, also, can feel fairly alienated when you first start out here.

There could be more done to improve the team environment. Which I believe starts with your supervisors/managers. I hardly know my supervisors and I have been here 6 months. There's not as much a personal touch as I feel there should be. Doing more interdepartmental stuff might help bring us together
