Greed. Corporation wants more for less. Cutting pay and releasing older more well paid associates to hire younger part time for less.

Leadership by example. One best way is the current policy guideline for the operations of the business. Leadership ignores the guidelines and in doing so sets the associates up for failure when they transfer or get caught up during tours and inspections.
