we work well together, and when we are allowed to communicate and talk with each other the day gets done faster and makes us more productive. but lately we aren't allowed to talk to each other even about work related questions or comments.

because other departments are making more than my departments,we do more work than any other dept. we unload the trucks,stock,zone and run returns just to be told we aren't working fast enough!I am stuck in a position I can't move up after 10 yrs because the store manager promotes family first!

we are overloaded on work and told not to talk to customers, who need help but we are told that they don't matter that we aren't paid for customer service. we are told that our families don't matter that work is more important than birthdays, births, funerals,etc. customer's know how we are treated!

helping us work instead of sitting in the break room eating and talking all shift. I am tired of being told to get impossible amounts of work done in the short amount of time given while they don't help. no one can run 3 pallets and zone all of grocery alone in 1.5 hours!!

there is nothing positive. I dread going to work, the management treats us like dogs. we aren't allowed to talk, I have to skip break sometime just to get my work done because they pile us with extra. they tell us we have to move faster, faster. I wish there was something positive but there isn't.
