
Most of the people on my team are hard working and have common values. The ones who cause trouble are the entitled ones that are allowed to do whatever, whenever. It causes morale issues for those who are rule followers.

There is not much I do like about the leadership team. Most have little to no people skills and are entirely too busy to deal with issues that are brought to their attention. The reaction to issues makes it uncomfortable for anyone in the store to approach them.

I feel that we are undervalued on the human aspect. We are treated as if we are just bodies that can be replaced at a moments notice. The only way to get ahead at my location is to be a "yes boss" kind of person. Good work isn't noticed, or rewarded, unless you are one of our MGRs golden children.
