Overall positive, however I do feel unfair compensation and unfulfilled promises are huge negatives. You also must be resilient to work here, as I have had over 7 different managers over 2 years.

Overall good, but lately it has been kind of disappointing from an advancement perspective. Seems like my work is advancing but my salary and title is not.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid severely under market value for my position, and was promised a salary increase last year for taking on an additional role after the layoffs. I have yet to see that and workload continues to increase.

I've been underpaid for a while now, and each time asking for a bump in compensation to match the value I provide has been difficult and takes a very long time, even though it's acknowledged by my leadership team and HR.
