When i first started it was like a well-oiled machine, we all worked well together, and things were seamless. once the teams stopped talking to each other it went downhill and all of the changes to work and management it is not the same/worse

Working with my team is what makes my job great. I love who I work with, and value their work ethic, communication, and willingness to work together. We figure out the rest, and the rest is not great.

Having people around that are on the same page

Communication between departments. Grown people name calling. Favoritism. Environment. Flexibility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together despite the chaos. We communicate effectively and we complete all of our work daily.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better processes need to be put into place between departments and within each department. There is no official training, and people are thrown in and fail.The workplace environment should benefit the people who work there, not just aesthetics.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All the shifting and drama among the team over the last year has been disappointing to see. As far as compensation goes, the price to live and compensation do not equal out, so it is always a struggle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are underpaid and undervalued. My opinion is that our department gets the short end of the stick more times than not, and nothing is ever really done about it. We continually do our job and other departments jobs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team always communicates with each other. We can go to our manager or our lead in the same manner as going to a coworker, knowing we are being heard and valued. The environment is often loud, cramped and too bright causing daily headaches and migraines.
