didn't have a yearly appraisal, it can't cope up our expenses due to inflation now. Much better if the company will offer an appraisal yearly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
having a good conversation, teamwork, helping each other in times of need, and we sometimes joking around to laugh and have quality time for each team member.

co-workers are friendly, the working environment is good, and the perks of the company are also good, but some of the leaders are inconsiderate with regard to their agent's concerns.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are helping us with regard to maintaining our good scores, if we have struggles within our work, they are one call away and willing to spend time for us to guide

So far, my team is always checking on each other if we are in a good situation especially if we are still motivated in work so that we can keep on doing what we love.
