We collaborate professionally and continue to grow our relationships outside of the workplace. We are trying to lighten the already stressful nature of our employment.

Since we have the same abilities and qualities as an external hire, internal team leads should in some way match externals in terms of compensation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It would be best if internal and external hires would have an alignment with the compensation as we are all doing the same tasks and internals are more knowledgeable in terms of the process and product knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Because of the amazing individuals around us that encourage one another to go to work, and the monthly events make our culture positive. What I like most about this organization is the sense of belonging and value.

My co-officers and moderators me to put in my all each and every day at work. Even though we may have difficulties at times, we are able to keep things in perspective and look forward to the following day. <3
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Internal hires should be paid on par with external hires. As everyone knows, internal employees that got promoted have all of the company's learning and have developed within it. They have greater experience with the process and can occasionally produce results that surpass company expectations.
