It'll be better if they pay overtime for leaders when necessary and it's hard to file vacation leave especially on weekends.

They care for their employees. Especially this pandemic, the company really exerts effort so everyone can work from home and make sure that no one is left behind. The company also do some charity works to help the fight against Covid. I salute!
