There were a lot of step-up opportunities. People are nice and friendly. The company is treating employees fair. The company needs to revisit the employee benefits and should consider a salary increase for the employees every year to help them be motivated.

We are receiving low compensation compared to other officers next to our level.

The basic can be considered as competitive. However, we expect a salary increase every year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is my third promotion and last year our company aligned their employee salary depending on their role, they promised to align our salary after we get regularized but it's been a year there's still no update.
