They're making our work harder than before without any salary increase. hoping they could give us a higher salary based on the load of work they want from us.

In terms of the HMO, it would be better to partner up with better health companies, intellicare is good but lacks a lot of benefits that HMO is supposed to have.

Some of the best things about my team are the strong collaboration, open communication, and willingness to support one another. Everyone contributes their strengths, which makes problem-solving more effective and helps us achieve our goals efficiently. There?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I would feel more valued if the company could reinstate the performance bonus, along with other allowances such as the internet allowance, at the very least. Additionally, having a structured yearly appraisal process would also help ensure fair recognition and growth opportunities.
