Mostly great. There were patches in time that were quite rough. But, it did help me professionally, and we were able to help our program grow. Executives and my director care about our employees thus we ensure to provide better leadership on a daily basis to give back to what the company is giving

Allowances for Internet, own equipment and the recent Temp RTO Allowance.

Upper management/Executives care about everyone's growth. Genuinely caring for their employees.

Getting something done for the betterment of the program. Learning new things everyday with my co-manager and director.

My director always provides us with clear goals. He ensures that we are equipped and well versed to lead the campaign with him.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quite competitive. I can just speak for myself. But there can still be room for improvement, given that my post and duties are not of a normal Team Captain.
