Working at Fed Ex offers no incentives for hard workers and other companies lik AMAZON offer better benefit packages after thirty days hired on!!!! This company is a joke and I don’t take it seriously!!!

This company. Requires workers to reach 1000 hours before they’re able to receive their benefits including medical, vision, dental, etc. I worked here before and during their peak season. Workplace is a joke and working to reach your 40 hour week in Themis new year isn’t attainable. Not good place

Only my manager is the best and most dedicated person I know on the leadership team. My other manager isn’t professional and I work a second job and he doesn’t accommodate my need to leave early. Senior managers don’t care much for the grunt workers. My current shift schedule was close to being cut
