
There needs to be better communication and hardwork by all coworkers not just the outsiders or the one not related to each other.
If there was promotions based on skills not family or friendships it would be a big difference. Don’t treat employees like a tool they are the reason the company thrives. Teach managers how to be managers. College degrees, so they know how to treat their employees with respect and avoid turnover.
The leadership team needs to get better at building trust with their managers, showing that they care for their people, and showing employees they are not just an object; besides the hard work put in by us employees is what makes them succeed and profit as a business. Care more about your employees.
