We are always making appropriate changes as a company, we have a fantastic team in EMEA where we will all work together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe for the role I am in it requires a lot of mental strength, dealing with lots of client complaints can be wearing on ones mental wellbeing after a while. I feel FADV should have more support for roles like this, offering courses/ sessions to support employees in challenging roles
