My overall experience has been positive. There have been improvements over the years, however I feel there is still work to be done in several areas of the company to truly meet the goals of the organization, Shared Services and internal support could use some improvements.

The people that I get to interact with on a daily basis...both internally and externally.

That they have defined goals and work hard to ensure the team is working towards the company goals.

I'm happy at work when I'm able to make the client happy and create a successful program for them.

The best part about the compensation plan is the VC plan. I'm pleased with the updates made to the plan for 2024.

The best part of the compensation package is that their is opportunity through the VC to exceed the $ amount and maximize your compensation.

The leadership team is very open, meaning they are always open to you if you need anything. I love the opportunity they provide to the team for mentorship.
