in the circle of friends, people who are younger than me and have less work experience and have less responsibility in this job receive a higher salary in this job. we fell short of market wages, in salaried and in hourly population, preferably automotive, digital, SSC most desired because of salary

direct and friendly style in communication I do not feel that I work at a lower level or that I am treated as a subordinate, I am treated equally, appreciated and receive feedback, although I have to ask for this separately. asks how I feel, I know that I don't have to worry about my work, workplace
