Horrible culture. Resistant to change. Difficult to move the needle of progression because there is a lot of tenure and employees don't know that there are other, better, more innovative ways of doing things. It's stagnant and suffocating to say the least.

It's a very siloed environment. Teamwork is minimal at best. Too many meetings that could have been quick phone calls or emails.

There needs to be an overhaul of organizational culture, but the likelihood of that happening due to size and age of company is probably non-existent.
