
It was a standard interview. Really nothing to like "most" about it.
I have more experience and knowledge than many of my peer, but due to my age and ethnicity I've learned, I'm paid $50K less than my counterparts.
There is no diversity of thought or experience on the leadership team. The lack of credible experience has torn the company down. The Leadership team and HR are corrupt and untrustworthy.
The company has HOS but doesn't utilize it. The lean processes seem to be used to provide bonuses to executives. Coworkers have to be willing to lead by example and stand up for what is right and wrong.
There is a lot of profanity in the workplace. The culture is to bully and it is okay for female Directors and VPs to yell and swear at employees. Unfortunately, these leaders typically don't know how to manage people and have the least experience.
