Lumen has a customer and employee centric culture. Benefits are super awesome including work/life balance. The trouble is the CEO cancelled annual merit increases about 5 years ago (even though he continues to receive raises) so wage compression is a real problem in retaining talented people.

People are really nice, they are respectful of others and there are tons of resources available to have better health, reduce stress, help with financial planning, continuing education and more.
