Lumen (formerly CenturyLink) – Fix my landline! Its been out since July 24. I am 99 years old and have no phone. I placed MANY phone calls to report ptobmrm and they NEVER fix it. They just ignore requests. End up talking with someone in philipeans; they are clueless. I will be cancelling my srvs & calling attorney general.
