
Lower management is stuck supporting policies publicly they don't agree with. Executive management makes decisions based on stockholders.
The only reason the customer doesn't come last is because customer facing employees do. This creates a negative environment.
Many of the individual teams are great. My team has always tried to make due as best we could with all the poor executive decisions.
