Recognize employees value to the company and pay them accordingly, retaining knowledge is worth more than hiring someone at half the cost who has no skills to do the job.

Recognizing and paying their employees, instead of developing a culture of feeling not respected, and placing employees against each other with no pay raises, no bonuses, cuts in vacation time, cuts in retirement options, reductions in staff to hire in cheaper workers.

Actually recognizing people for their skills and what they bring to the table and paying them accordingly, instead of a constant line of excuses as to why you cannot give someone a raise, or that only one person in each department can be allowed an exceptional performance rating

Company seems solely focused on shareholders and executive pay, and that they do not care about the employees livelihood to the extent they announced no pay raises anymore, took away vacation accrual to skirt around paying that out if someone is laid off or leaves the company
