It is rocky. Communication can be repetitive and inconsistent. I enjoy the learners and the collaborators so much. This is a private business though, and it's not the same company I was hired to work for. Most things change without explanation, many of them without direct communication about why

Those with PhD's should have been valued more in terms of pay. Experience is important, but so is degree. They should both be valued. Collaborator handbooks should also be written for collaborators, not for litigation. There has also been a recent lack of communication about critical aspects.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
I honestly do not know the difference between leadership, managers, and executive team. I have several managers as well, so I don't know which one you are referring to or at what point someone is considered leadership, instead of manager. This is going to be a huge flaw in your data collection.
