There is a lot of diversity! Also, being an advisor means i work with a lot of different personalities, people are very outgoing and friendly.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
Leadership seems to really care about me as an individual, surely to obtain a bigger goal within an organization, but the steps taken to make collaborators feel taken care of is huge and i feel that at Nightingale.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
I love that I can personally align with Nightingales mission, vision, and values. Trying to explain the culture and community is hard to do because other companies could never compare. it wasn't until i had a friend hired, and she went to NCO did she GET IT. I love that about us, IYKYK!
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I have seen other members being paid higher based on past work experience, or even the state where they reside and at a time where i was producing numbers above their marks, I was still not brought to the same level of pay. I shouldn't make less just because i don't live in CA.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
I am happy knowing that I work for a company that has my back and understands that everyone has bad days. The effort shown to improve is so telling, its something that i will always be grateful for and always want to be apart of. Plus i talk to learners about their dreams and help a to achieve them!
