From the leadership down, I have felt very welcomed to the team. I also enjoy coming to work everyday and feel that the team works well together. The mission is close to my heart and I see where and what the company is trying to build.

I am beyond excited that I decided to take the leap to the company from my previous. The culture is positive and the companies mission is something to be proud of. I don't have a fear of failure but more of how am I going to learn feeling when things go wrong.

The company prioritizes our wellness in conjunction with the wellness of the company. They truly believe we will not succeed if we are unhappy and unhealthy.

I enjoy who I work with and what I do. I am allowed to customize my workday to be most efficient and play to my strengths.

My team comes to work everyday and is excited about what they are doing and the mission. We interact with each virtually to keep us from closing in on ourselves while we remote work.

The leadership team acknowledges us as people instead of just numbers on a payroll system. It doesn't matter if you have been here for 5 years or 5 days. They will listen to your ideas and allow you a seat at the table.

I am in love with the parental leave and the additional benefits offered on top of our competing salaries. When I can log in and get physical and mental assistance without subscribing to a benefit package and get it just because I work here is fantastic.
