Since I have been here, I have grown so much. I have moved up a level and am very proud of that. When attending Flame Forward, it is so much fun and one of the highlights of my year. I feel seen, heard and important here and like I matter and am making a difference.

I love my fellow admissions team because everyone is very outgoing and friendly.

The fact that we can continue to make more and grow here. The wellness hours are also great, that is something you don't find many places.

The leadership team looks at us as people and not just numbers. They care about how we feel and our thoughts/opinions. When going through a hard time, they check in on us and give us support.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
The thing that makes me most happy is that I can work from home and can take my job with me if I move. I love that I have great support here and I can move up.
Qu’est-ce que vos collègues doivent améliorer et comment pouvez-vous mieux travailler ensemble?
I sometimes do not feel included with the team I am on. A lot of people do not participate actively in the chat or acknowledge what I say. I think people also take things personally when prospecting even if it's within the policy.
