I get up every morning and I'm excited because I know once I pick up the phone, I'm going to help change someone's life. That to me is rewarding, satisfying and very fulfilling being a part of someone else's growth.

The best thing about my team is that we all work together to attain the same goal. We don't compete against each other, and we are not territorial with leads. We simply help each other when needed and support each other throughout the day.

Our company has a very diverse background of people from all walks of life. It allows for people not to be bias about someone's past or even how educated someone may be over the next individual. We learn from each other and find things that we connect with as well in the process.
