WE ARE A TEAM! We work together and play together. They are an extension of my family.

Both patient care/contact and interaction with my coworkers. I am proud of my work and where I work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take pride in Northside- the care given to our patients and in each staff member. They hold themselves to the same expectations they place on us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We create a positive atmosphere. We work hard to raise our standards very high but we are all totally committed to one another and helping one another.
