What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager sees and acknowledges the little things I do to help the team. The CEO at Cherokee also goes out of his way to compliment our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We treat each other with respect. Some times our work can be stressful, we take time to ensure that we are supporting each other and not adding to the stress.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together so well. We share the same vision of excellent customer service. No one slacks, and I never feel like I have to do more than my share of the work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits package, especially the Home Care Pharmacy at the Cherokee hospital. They have saved me a lot of money with our lower copays, 90 day supplies, and by going out of their way to find coupons for me. They are really convenient and super nice.
