Everyone is on the same page, communication-wise. They all genuinely get along so they lead a culture of care. It starts from the top!
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I actually get excited to wake up and go to work is something I am joyful about daily! Not everyone can say that and I am blessed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have yet to meet a "Negative Nancy." Yes, we all have stressful times but the level of complaining is low, we may rant a few times, but we move forward and get the work done because we know our work makes a difference.
