Sitecore: Honestly, it hasn't lived up to my expectation. I was really excited to join my new team at first with a manager who could really help me develop my skillsets. Then that manager left sitecore a month after I joined and now I feel my new manager and leadership is too comfortable with status quo.
Fanatics: I like working at Fanatics and the growth of the company. I like my team, but do get frustrated with other segments of the business not doing their job well and causing my team to scramble last minute. Overall very happy aside from my compensation, but I am glad my team has been adjusted.
