I love working at Fanatics. I would work here for 20 years. As a Veteran transitioning to a different job was tough, but I adjusted quickly and easily. I feel I am not in the role I should be in and am underpaid. I would like more opportunities to be considered for another role in the company.

Very good, but I do not like working at an FC. I hope to move out of the FC operations role and into a role I am more passionate about and that allows me to use more of my skills.

Underpaid for the level of work, I perform the job of 2 people. Better compensation and stock options.

When the build is not over 90 degrees. When people show up to work on time and work well throughout the day. When other Managers do their job and do not rely on others to do everything for them.

I perform 1 to 2 levels above my role. I outperform my peers. I have applied & interviewed for several other roles within Fanatics but was not offered. I have the education and experience/skills, I was not offered because I lack Corporate experience because I am a Veteran.
