
They believe in the Brand; they rally together to GSD! (There are a lot of messy piles that come their way!)
The most positive is that people rally together. I listed negative to earlier answer for 2-reasons (1) x-fun team speak can be demeaning based on func-2-func and (2) lack of consolidated and connected systems, makes everything very manual and duplicative.
I am seeing a shift with some leaders from the mindset of "we grab everything and customer is right" to a more current, industry view of "we need to stand for the Brand and deliver what the consumer wants." The customer is not always in touch with the consumer; we need to stand for the consumer.
