I like most of the things about Sabre and it is a second family to me considering I've been here for 10 years. I would like to see my company achieve its vision and goals to become a leader in travel ecosystem.

It's a mixed bag of feeling where I'm proud to work here and I've learnt so much in these years and motivated about the job that I do. At the same time i am not clear on where Sabre is heading to and what the future will look like with various things happening inside and outside the organization

Working at Sabre since the last 13 years has given me an opportunity to see the company in multiple stages. I feel very comfortable working here and the culture is amazing. This company offers the best work life balance, and you have to create your opportunities to grow. I wish to see Sabre in win!!

Provide competitive benefits and pay as per industry standards. I feel there is a parity in the pay for the role between the organization itself.

I would expect Sabre to pay what competitor pays for the same role in the same location to keep myself motivated. It's sad to see competitors pay more for lower roles than Sabre. Similarly, when the company pushes the hike cycle by 3 months, we as team members expect transparent communication.
